We are always functioning as a whole,

Find yourself a bunch of people with whom you can share your little achievements and excitement in life.

A text, a quick phone call, an emoji or a voice note that just says, 'I woke up happy this morning', 'celebrating a week of healthy eating', 'figured what was bothering me', 'faced my fears again', 'broke that pattern', or
    'had a productive day'.

Share with those you know are rooting for you.
Those little bonus "Wohooo" can be a game changer

    when you realise:

    - You'll eventually find your healing tribe
    - Pain, trauma, hurt and disappointments have triggered healing and
    hence this journey
    - It will take a million attempts before you understand the messages you're receiving
    - Nobody needs to understand what you're doing with yourself
    - You're totally capable of f*^king up after being completely equipped with all the skills you need
    - You're not perfect and you
    don't need to be
