Amongst the mundane greetings
Of ''how are you''s and ''how do u do''s
Your simple smile and 'hey there'
Speaks more to me ....
Not only does it speak to me
It makes my heart flutter
To see
How your lips stretch to form that killer smile
Perfectly flashing those dimples
Which I could look at all day....
It's true I am a hopeless romantic
Who fell for an idiotic fool
Who feels love ain't real
And everything is simply a deal....
Who would tell this man
That it's okay to have a heart with that ever- sprinting brain.....
That it's okay to get over betrayals
and to fall in love again...
It's okay to let that pain fade ...
And embrace what awaits
The arrival of your true carefree self once again...
If only I could tell you to let go
To let go of all the fears
That drain you
Of all the restrains
That hold you back
So that maybe even I can muster the courage that I today lack
And tell you about the wizardry of your 'hi there' s and that smile
And how those dimples make my heart fragile
But as routine I gulp back these words,
sigh, softly smile and mutter a 'hi'
Silently wishing it speaks the volumes that inside of me with each "hi" die....

And the shiver down your spine that each tricky turn sends
For not every mistake needs amends
Some are just to be learned from and treated as a lesson
Everytime you feel trapped
Everytime you start to recognise the evil baits
Set to lure you to your doom, your end
Everytime someone refuses to help and open the gate
Everytime you feel lost and betrayed
Remember mate, that HE is providing you with a new chance , a new day and a clean slate..
For its often when you feel lost and astray
That you discover an undiscovered path,
A new beginning and are met with a divine new day
Treat each challenge that comes your way
As His gift, a gift God sent
Cuz only the ones worthy to win
Are selected in the first place ...
Afterall at the end of the day
Amidst this world full of ruthless hopeless people
Only the ones that hold onto their humanity,
Only the ones that hold onto that last single ray of hope

की दिल चाहे भी तो उनसे रूठा नहीं करते
लड़ना पड़े सब से अगर तो लड़ जाना

अगर उस राह के पार तुम्हारी मंज़िल है
तो सफ़र कठिन ही सही ते कर जाना
हर परिस्थिति में हार जीत नहीं होती
शर्तों वाली सच्ची प्रीत नहीं होती
बीते हुए कल को जकड़ा नहीं करते
ए दोस्त कोई ना मनाए तो नाराज़ रेहना कोई रीत नहीं होती
इन पलों को कहीं खो ना देना
इक दूजे से दूर होकर कहीं रो ना देना
अगर किसी अज़ीज़ नेमत से भगवान ने बक्शा है तुम्हे

Roses bloomed
Fragrant became hearts
Her blush
Gave away the dawn of a beautiful start
The breeze felt light today
Cooler than before
The day seems bright today
Ajar seems some heart's doors
Eyes glisten a different way today
Visages have an empyrean glow
The air seems thick with emotion
This time this season seems to have an everlasting stay
Unlike the usual scenario

It's true she was a tornado,
A volcano ready to erupt,
Volatile like acetone,
With an intolerance for minds corrupt
Her will was always strong
None she ever wronged
Her grit never faded
To the community of the determined firm headed she belonged
Her morals rooted deep
She firmly held onto her ground
Despite her tempest like aura
She believed in peace and keeping all safe and sound
Not anymore though....
Actions remained the same but feelings changed
Tries remained the same but reasons changed
Path remained the same but destination changed
Her tries were always undeterred,
Undefeated and astonishingly bellicose
Once which were to unite and save,
Once which were out of concern,
Alas, Were now to destroy and watch the world upturn
It was not vengeance, never hatred
It was the pain felt and hidden by her

Cold wars, "we are fine" lies
Cold shoulder, one sided tries
In the wait of realization of
Time heals and time flies,
Bit by bit hope died...
String that bound the hearts worn out
The connection once shared was lost no doubt
Alas the silence won over the preferred argument bouts...
And again they're alone in known crowds
If only eyes didn't betray
If only the love carefully veiled was unveiled
If only true emotions were revealed
If only relations mattered more...
There wouldn't have been broken hearts profoundly bleeding and sore...
If only courage was gathered to claim who was yours
And break if needed those stubbornly closed doors
If only the love could penetrate those walls put up high
