Since when is it okay
To use my heart as a football?
To kick it like an object
And laugh when it rebounds?

Since when is it acceptable
To throw my soul into the trashcan
After you’ve bit into it and spat
Half on the kitchen floor?

Since when is it normality
To use my body as a toy
Ripping its arms and legs apart
Like the barbie you hated as a christmas present.

Since when have i become so weak
That my words fall flat onto deaf ears?
So let me tell you, no it is not okay.
Give me back my puzzle pieces.
