You're here again for me,
Your voice finds its way down
On my paper,
Starts giving words to a silent
Words start falling from my fingers
As you arches a perfect eyebrows
With your each step towards me
earth slightly shift on your axis.
You seem like an earthquake that
Read 8 on the Richter scale,
I found my body like tectonic plates,
My tectonic bones crash and start
Collapsing from their place.
I knew my physics wasn't always
But still if Newton was alive,
He would have discovered gravity
In my heart because everything
Falls from here.
I see how my heart is falling once
Again which I've mended from seven
Everything is just falling,
Everything is just crushing,
Gradually I realized that everything Insides me has displaced and
My heart now thinks,
My brain breathes,
My lungs bleed,
My eyes smell,
My stomach blushes pink,
Everything has changed
I still remember the day when we
Last time met,
You imprinted your lips on my spine,
Your lips were smoked of love.
You held my face amid the cups of
You said your lips are a garden,
I wanna kiss them to feel full.
Last time when you kissed you said
I'm breathing a petrichor today to leave
An eternal fragrance on your lips.
Since that day my eyelashes were
Wearing fragrance of the petrichor.
Now seven winters had passed,
Again you're standing with smoke
Of love on your lips and petrichor
In your breath.
But I wonder what if when I'll fall in
Your arms, It will be raining in the
desert and you'll still wish for a rainbow?
