Emptiness
यह भी बहुत दिलचस्प है कि अंदर की दीनता को ढकने के लिए आदमी दिखावे की दुनिया में जीता है। जिसका बाहर जितना दिखावा, उसका उतना ही अधिक खालीपन। और, ख़ालीपन हर किसी को खलता है। आदमी हजार तरह के उपाय करता है-अपने खालीपन को भरने के लिए। कभी धन से, कभी पद से और कभी प्रतिष्ठा से। आदमी की सारी दौड़ ही ख़ालीपन को भरने के लिए है। लेकिन, क्या कभी कोई बाहर की चीजों से भीतर को भर पाया है? कभी नहीं। जितनी बाहर चीजें आदमी जुटाता है, उतना ही अंदर से और खाली हो जाता है। शायद इसीलिए इंसान को गरीबी इतनी पीड़ा नहीं देती, जितनी कि अमीरी। लेकिन, डर में दोनों ही जीते हैं। ख़ालीपन भरने के लिए आदमी शॉर्टकट तलाशता है। कोई धर्मस्थलों के चक्कर लगाता है, तो कोई बार, क्लब या पार्टी आदि के जरिए ख़ालीपन को भरने की कोशिश करता है। पर, खालीपन फिर भी बना रहता है। सच यह कि अंदर से खाली आदमी को बाहर की कोई चीज नहीं भर सकती। एक ही उपाय है-अपने खालीपन को भरने का। स्वयं में उतरने का अभ्यास। यही वह मार्ग है, जब आप विराट अस्तित्व की तरंगों के रिसीवर बनते हैं। आप भीतर से रूपांतरित होते हैं। फिर न कोई भय और न ही कोई मांग। क्योंकि, तब आप अनुभव करते हैं जो कुछ भी मुझे चाहिए, वह सब पहले से ही मिला हुआ है। और, मुझे जब जो चाहिए, वह मिल ही जाएगा। आपकी सारी बेचैनी और आपकी सारी दौड़ थम जाती है। मन मन्दिर हो जाता है और ह्रदय पूजा स्थल। मन्दिर का अर्थ ही है-मन के भीतर प्रवेश। जिसका मन और ह्रदय असीम ऊर्जा से भरा हुआ हो, उसके पास खालीपन के लिए जगह ही कहाँ बचती है?
