R: Respond and not react! We've read these words too many times but to apply this stuff in life literally proves magical. To feel resentful is normal but rise above it because it's your responsibility to repair what's broken and to rebuild yourself, you need to reunite with your genuine self and you can do a lot better than thinking about revenge.
G: Gather yourself up, gain courage to get over the situation and move on with heart, full of gratitude, again!
I: Improve but do not ignore. Learn from the mistakes but do not close doors of your heart to any experience ever!
V: View every situation from a broad perspective. Sometimes, what hurts you is actually what heals you.
