Similar to todays
That devilish loop

Once upon a time they was happiness. Everything was fine for sometime untill sadness befriended happiness.Happiness didnt realize sadness motive untill it was too late.Now all they is sadness.

Free will
Simple words but complicated
We all have free will
We can choose to be ourselves or to be what other people want us to be
Mostly we end up choosing what other people want
Why is it so hard to follow our hearts?
Why does the opinion of others matter?
Free will is exaggerated
We all bend and bow to someone
To achieve our dreams and goals
In one way or another
In this unforgiving world

Wondering if I could have done anything differently.

or if it was an inevitable dead end from the start.

Love Runs Dry
They say love is the only real thing.
But is this a renewable source?
Is it possible to reach a point in life where the love runs dry?
Because if this concept is one that exists
Then i think I've reached this abyss
One in which
The love I get is limited
And the love i receive falls into my internal emptiness
The feeling of empty and leaking.
An unusual description
But the feelings inside me.
Make me feel as though any love shown towards me slides right through the cracks.
And being a person whom independence lacks
My self worth is gauged by what everyone else thinks.
And this used to fill the emptiness in my heart
But with these cracks I feel like im right back at the start.
The time when I was empty without anyone to fill the slot.
Because now the love i receive feels limited as is
And i have a heart that needs love running over to feel anything at all
Yet now i feel the absence of my emptiness
Like my soul is in debt
And have learned that with this soul inside.
Love truly can run dry.
Because im numb to limited love.
And this is the only love i can find.
