Photography captures the essence of life in a way that none can compare . I have tried recreating this piece from a moment of someone's life captured in a frame . Here Bokeh is used as a metaphor signifying a blur in life . There are an unaccounted for number of women and young girls who end up in brothels sold by their very own .
Bordello.. Where a million lives blurred betwixt the two edges of a street named red . Distorted images fade away from her mind each night . Cos how could she survive if she carried them along the next day ? Her world a facade .. squeezed behind a painted face and frozen smile . /He watches her as his lens captures her black orbs staring blankly yet piercingly into the camera Unabashed .. cos shyness never visited her kindly/
Refer- Bordello - a brothel Bokeh - the blurred quality or effect seen in the out-of-focus portion of a photograph taken with a narrow depth of field Good bokeh is smooth and pleasing, whereas bad bokeh produces a jagged and discordant effect. — Harold Davis
