But my mother said, failure builds you up in ways success cannot.

    It hurts to know that,
you didn't know I'd be hurt.

    Like a foolish God
    of forgotten religion,
    love smiles at us
    as we find new courage
    to hope again.

Your beauty is that of a dried flower. Not everyone feels it, but you are precious to the one who once held you.

The only stories that live through are the ones that are whispered to the flowers, sung to the wind and howled to the night sky.

    The spring comes but once,
    to remind us that,
    knowing we will bloom
    is more important than
    blooming per se.

... now that you can hold it in your palms,
    does it still seem magical?

If you think something is great, strive for it. Work until you become that greatness. When your mind looks up to something, that’s because you secretly want it.

    She danced
    to the deafening silence,
    to the achingly beating heart
And the longings of her soul.

    ;

    It’s just another day.
    The sun shines
    through the dark clouds;
    The chirping birds
    Sing in glee;
    Carefree of what
    the humans do.
    There’s climate change,
    There’s cancer,
    There’s corona virus,
    Men have died last night
    Men are dying now.
    The world goes on
    The flowers bloom along.
    There’s no time to pause.
    Another mistake,
    Another failure,
    Will I ever learn ?
I’m a looser lying in bed.
    Wasted on the weekend
    Hoping on an another episode
    Of my favourite show.
My every inch Sad and sorry,
    Going hard, counting
    mistakes and failures my own.
    Trying to be less guilty,
    Telling myself “this world
    doesn’t revolve around me”,
“Years from now, it wouldn’t matter”,
    “You’re blessed than you know”.
I feel lost, for I know not
    Where I should be.
If it exists what they call
    karma, Destiny and such
    I hope the butterfly knows
    the way
to where I am meant to be
to someplace never known to me.
