Life in a Breath
Nothing last longer than a breath,
So breath deeply;
Hold it for as long as you can,
Then let it go;
Inhale the new,
The unknown;
Exhale the familiar,
The comfortable;
Each new breath brings new fears
And with each exhale brings anxiety;
Yet both bring clarity and renewal.
Deep breath,
Hold,
Now let go.

The ability to be truly honest and vulnerable is not insecurity. Insecure people do not bare their true feelings or thoughts before others as they are afraid of being judged or what people will think so they hide or disguise their true selves.
