Long
The long still steams
Like a pimple, it stings
I need a scratch

Listen
Take notice of the trees
They speak a language known to us
Pay attention to the grass
As it tickles the sole of the leg
Let everything free
And allow the air it's path
Listen

Angry
I am so angry
With my country
Where everyone hungry
Is chasing history
Generals are in parody
Police officers enjoying hierarchy
Did we stop seeing clearly?
LDUs are tracing tragedy
Leaving everyone in melancholy

Truth is like a flying dove
far above the sky
Everyone sees it
but can't stop it

Love
All the birds had gone to their nests
And their we stood in the company of two
Lost into each other's eyes
Our souls were connected
By the ardent breathe
Fervent was her adulate touch through out the talk
As adventure delved into our minds
We slowly took a walk across the bridge
Where we found love eagerly waiting to receive us with her wide hands

A true clay of your parents'
careful mold
A soothing drizzle in my rusty
eyes
You are,
As dripping water designs in the city you look
Attracting my curious eyes
To sepectate the decorous building of you
I long to sit near you for vast a time
Just to cast a spell at the amazing bulbs on you

I want a chocolate heart
To soothe my worries
And sweet my desires
I want a heart
Soft like tomatoes
To spice up my longings

Give her a smile
Like corn sawn early in the fertile soil
The richest harvest shall repay your toil
Plant heavenly virtue in the tender breast
And a pail made out of soil shall come with a smile
Lit like a coil
Trust in broad daylight is what you need to give the girl child
Give them another chance even when they are messed up in the wild
They like a boy child are human
To be tempted by nature's sweet world
Like corn sawn early in the fertile soil
The richest harvest shall repay your toil
Give the girl child a book and a pen
And a pail made out of the soil shall come with a smile
Lit like a coil

You
As the day darkened
we stood as two but
three in one
Together we watched
the moon glow
Like butterflies we
flew our thoughts
high
And our ambitions
like gutters converged
To make us one
And then you caught
my eye
Took me on a trip
and walked me on
the street of love
Through your eyes
I could discern the
the watering deification
in your heart

They tell you to
wait a little longer,
hope that things will
fall into their places,
answers will knock
your door and
one day you will have
a perfect life,
a life that you
always imagined
So you stay quiet and
Wait for your life to take
the right turn,
your faith tells you that
this time it will be different,
that there won't be
any missing piece in
the puzzle this time,
just to make sure
you take extra care,
you make more efforts
to prove your love,
that your feelings are real
and you are ready
for a happy handing.
But sometimes things
get worse than better
as you end up giving
too much of yourself,
for them your love
becomes burden,
it suffocates them
every now and then.
They want to stay,
adore your love and
give the same love back
but they see right through you,
your insecurities, your
desperation not to be alone,
And it terrifies them.
So they leave,
Without any prior notice,
Not even a single goodbye
Because they are scared
That if they see your face,
you might convince
them back to stay
And they know that
one day this will repeat again.
Because for you,
love is to take care of
a caged bird and
last time I checked,
Love doesn't work that way.
