Watching in fear the last light of my fire
Grim heed granted now to many cold, floating embers
Gracefully accepting their fate in the voiceless mire

Expectations of forever sting like antipathy and compliance
Now cackling at the absurdity of my disillusioned defiance
The pitiful victim of self imposed contrivance

Requesting in vain for kindness to release Fate's providence
Gently weeping in the embrace of Death's cruel sacraments
Reflections in dark puddles inviting me to meet my nemesis
Balancing between extremes to maintain sanity in cognizance

    Roots run thick
Reaching out tendrils and vines to subsume this feeble body

    Pictures overwhelm
Haunting memories whisper epic stories interwoven with folly

Clarity rushes like releasing hostile waters
Emotions erupt, exposing life as satire
In that muddy, shit-filled hole I am born again and screaming

    Do not ignore Pathos !

    The Seer's Crawl

Can you see the Moon ?!
    She solicits emotions and fortune ;
Stealing her light from the Sun ,
Fated to eviternal duty while she croons .

Beneath her and to the right
We can visit her stubborn neighbor , Mars .

Behold his warlike might — !
Glowing red against the monochromatic veil of dying stars .

Hypnotized by this transcendental wall ,
The truth is that I am lost in their esoteric thrall !

Greedy for their abstruse lessons and
    Showering myself in
    Ethereal light

" Please , enlighten me with the sight ! "

before my mortality mercilessly sees to it

    that I succumb and

    Love, I Think

  • fragment 45w

There are sounds all around me!
    Constantly coming from the ground.
    My ears –
    I tell you;
They are sore to the very core!
    I curse this wretched compound.

Is it the creaking of the door,
Or a grizzly old man's deafening snore?
Does it remind you of aged wood,
    Or perhaps some ancient lore?
    Down here in the moor,
    Where colorful weeds called flowers
Are the only things left to adore.

    Or Is it perhaps
    Something of swampy fright?
    Growing louder with each second,
    Resonating proudly under foggy daylight?
Where blood runs cold even on the hottest of nights?
I don't believe that I will make it through tonight.

    I wonder if they wish to change;
    If they ever feel contrite?

    Hop —
    Splash.
I wonder what it would take?
To turn this entire place to ash.

I swear that it has been replicating.
    Too quickly, too fast.
    Yesterday there was just one.
Today I am certain that there are at least three.
Or perhaps there are only two?
I wouldn't dare go look and see.

    Nothing here –
    Is ever as it seems.

    Why do they creak?
    Why do they croak?
    Certainly it shows.
That I would just like to see them all choke!

    Raucous little creatures,
Why can't you leave me be?

    (All I want to do is sleep);
    Rest in undisturbed and
    Silent peace.

    Blend In

    Call me kin
    A family of humans
    Bloodied shins
    Kicking for equality, the revolution
    Fight to win
    Collective love is the solution
    Ignore skin
    Color is an illusion
    Through thick and thin
    Retracing steps through evolution
    Hear my violin
    Attempts to calm aggravated confusion
    We're all twins
    Until different anatomy is proven

    They call it sin —
    A hollow, clandestine execution
