This past week, the director-general of the WHO made a desperate plea for solidarity at the national and global levels in response to the pandemic. It has become apparent to me that the coronavirus and racial tensions are escalating at such rapid rates to bring to light, both to the world but in particular to Americans, that we are not inclined to work in unity against a common adversary, or - perhaps even more sadly - to take care of one another, and that certain leaders, media channels, and individuals are seeking to instill division rather than union. Like the ancient symbol of taijitu, or yin & yang, we must come into union, into balance, respecting and upholding the "other" for our own - and our collective - existence to continue.
The Earth opened her legs today, Releasing kundalini, serpents, Dragon energy climbing up my thighs Coupling, slithering down again...
They say the virus is not alive (Those humans who proclaim to know) But when I asked, its crown wept Knowing not what it poured forth.
In her longing for alliance, synergy, The Earth knelt before me, vibrating Pulsing, nearing climax, begging Her human lovers for consummation
While I begged the crown for infection Speaking to that which could not hear, All so I could, at the end, announce that I - (Yes, a human) had beaten it down -
Heralding triumphant submission! But...could it be, forsooth, that instead, That virus which was not even alive; And She, the Earth, so "unaware";
Were in fact, invariably, Reigning, blazing Their goddess crowns
I, like many, initially dismissed Covid19 as nothing to concern myself with. However, once the reality of the situation descended, I began searching for its meaning and its message. "Corona," a Latin word for "crown," resonated with my crown chakra, the chakra that connects the divine to the human. Perhaps the divine, the feminine divine, was speaking to us and how we treat Her. Mother Earth is calling us, I am certain, to join Her as partner, and not attempt to dominate or control her through our masculine energy any longer. Just like we are being forced to realize we cannot dominate this virus, the divine feminine is showing us we can no longer reign over her, either:
She, in fact, wears the crown.
We must bring the yin and yang together, or we will never experience the balanced respect we need to survive.
