@mirakee @readwriteunite @writersnetworkSome secrets are so dark
You often feel afraid.
That once disclosed,
They will not only
Embarrass you..
But will also hurt someone
So close to you..
That you may never
See them again..
For a very long time.
They may question..
What they have know was true
Or are you now showing
Your true self !?
Let some cards be folded
And some battles be fought
By no one, but you.
~HJ☆ -

Not every story is
meant to be heartbreaking.
Or so romantic,
where you fear none.
Some days you just
feel the presence of someone..
On others, you need some space.
Situations seem improbable,
Love still blossoms.
You fear that you'll hurt
With your words or your actions.
When distance seems the only solution,
You know that you've done wrong.
Not to the other person, but to you!
You've weathered and tormented
You've cried and been devastated.
You need some time
And some air.
You need to be you
You need to speak up
And want to be heard.
You discover a new self.
And unleash something
That's been hidden.
A new strength is
Trying to unfold itself.
No matter how hard
The cocoon might be..
You have to break it
And fly high.. at least for your own being.

WRITING TIPS ✍》》》
Discoverability - A self-published book is the proverbial needle in a haystack. People have too many books to choose from. Ensure that people have a good reason to pick up your book. A good blurb would be the first step.
Bad metadata - The search keywords and category are critical. They can make or break sales. Good keywords will ensure that your book features in relevant user searches and has a better chance of generating a sale.
Poor quality of cover - People still judge a book by its cover despite being told not to do so. Irrespective of how good the content in your book is, a bad cover is an instant turn-off and sales killer.
Bought/biased reviews - When friends or family post their reviews, it invariably tends to be biased. Readers who are familiar with Amazon can instantly spot such reviews and it is unlikely that they will consider purchasing your book.
Bad pricing - Pricing your book too high or too low can also affect its sales. Price it for what it is worth.
Lack of marketing - A self-published author should also don the marketing hat without sounding too pushy. Unless people know that your book is out there, they will not even be able to consider a purchase, would they?
Worst of all, bad content - If the content of the book is bad, no matter what the author does, it just will not sell. It will garner too many bad reviews, way to soon and ensure the demise of sales.

The Writing Tips✍》
11 Format your email properly.
Use good email formatting structure. Write anenticing subject line so your recipient is compelled to open your email. Understand proper email salutations and closings.
12 Don’t email angry.
Yes, you might be irked at your colleague for dropping the ball on that project and making you look bad, but don’t send emails when you’re still fuming. If you must write when emotions are hot, do it offline. Walk away for at least twelve hours, then edit with a calm head.
Here’s a tip: Don’t treat email as anything less than an extension of your professional persona. The way you communicate in professional settings reflects on you in a potentially lasting way.
Grammarly’s tone detector can help you moderate your tone when you do come back to your keyboard. Get helpful writing tips and assessments of how your writing sounds to your recipient.
13 Proofread thoroughly before you hit SEND.
Typos and grammar gaffes make you look bad. Scan your email and fix errors before you send it. You’ll look your best when your correspondence is mistake-free! Your writing, at its best.Catch mistakes and make your writing shine.
14 Write like you talk, within reason.
Your writing should sound natural and fluid. Unless you’re communicating in a more formal context, write as though you’re talking to a friend.
15 Don’t ramble.
We just said “Write like you talk”, but there’s a caveat—don’t ramble. Avoid winding twists and turns, and don’t use filler words such as like, really, and you know. Good writing should get to the point and avoid fluff.

WRITING TIPS✍》》》
6 Experiment with writing prompts.
One of the best writing tips for aspiring writers is using a prompt. You can find endless writing prompts online that are suited for all types of genres. Pick one that stimulates your imagination and encourages you to get creative.
7 Outline.
If you often find yourself rambling on without a clear structure, start with an outline. Follow this simple, no-fail outlining process to organize yourself from the start.
8 Keep it brief.
Brevity is important in professional communication. Respect your colleagues’ time by knowing exactly what you need to communicate before you begin writing so you can keep your message concise.
9 Use active voice.
Writing in active voice animates your writing so that the subject is acting on its verb. An active voice reads as being more confident and self-assured; it’s also a great way to shave superfluous words from your writing.
10 Don’t neglect context.
Does the person you’re communicating with have the same information and frame of reference you do? If not, make sure you provide context. You don’t have to give the entire backstory, just fill in the missing pieces so your message will be clear.

None of the changes
We ever experience
is less overwhelming.
Some of them
Tear us mentally
While others
exhaust us physically.
As a force of habit
We always tend to
Wait for the burden to lessen..
While it helps us grow
Out of our cocoon
And
Making us choose..
Between living the moment
And learning out of it
Or leaving it and
Escaping - whenever we are asked
To face our fears.

1. Set writing goals.
Maybe you want to write a certain number of words per day or upgrade your vocabulary. You can’t reach a goal unless you have one, so write that goal down and work toward it.
Write with confidence.
Get real-time writing suggestions, wherever you write.
WRITE WITH GRAMMARLY
2 Write in the morning.
For many people, writing comes easier right after a good night’s sleep. Grammarly’s research also shows early birds make fewer writing mistakes. (No matter when you write, Grammarly has your back. Try Grammarly to get more writing tips to help keep you on track.)
3 Write daily.
Getting started on a big writing project can feel intimidating if you’re not used to the act of writing. Practice this skill daily—whether a short sentence or full paragraph—to get accustomed to the mental and physical concept of writing.
4 Get inspired by research.
Before you begin writing, do some reconnaissance reading. Take notes as you read up on your subject material. Ideas will form as you research.
Here’s a tip: Once you’ve jumped into the writing process, don’t stop to do more research. Instead, add a placeholder like [RESEARCH] and keep rolling. You can come back to finalize facts and add references when your first draft is finished.
5 Always carry a notebook and pen.
Inspiration can hit you at any time. Don’t leave a gripping pitch for a client, poetic sentence, or catchy project name to your memory. Write it down in a dedicated notebook, or create a note file on your smartphone.

WRITING Tips✍》》
6. Keep paragraphs short
Look at any newspaper and notice the short paragraphs.
That’s done to make reading easier, because our brains take in information better when it’s broken into small chunks.
In academic writing, each paragraph develops one idea and often includes many sentences. But in casual, everyday writing, the style is less formal and paragraphs may be as short as a single sentence or even a single word.
See?
7. Eliminate fluff words
Qualifying words, such as very, little, and rather, add nothing to your meaning and suck the life out of your sentences.
For example:
It is very important to basically avoid fluff words because they are rather empty and sometimes a little distracting.
Mark Twain suggested that you should “Substitute damn every time you’re inclined to write very; your editor will delete it and the writing will be just as it should be.”
8. Don’t ramble
Rambling is a big problem for many writers. Not as big as some other problems, such as affordable health insurance or the Middle East, which has been a problem for many decades because of disputes over territory. Speaking of which, the word “territory” has an interesting word origin from terra, meaning earth.
But the point is, don’t ramble.
9. Don’t be redundant or repeat yourself
Also, don’t keep writing the same thing over and over and over. In other words, say something once rather than several times. Because when you repeat yourself or keep writing the same thing, your readers go to sleep.
10. Don’t over write
This is a symptom of having too little to say or too much ego.
Put your reader first. Put yourself in the background. Focus on the message.
For example:
You can instantly and dramatically improve your blog writing skills and immediately explode your profits and skyrocket your online success by following the spectacular, simple, and practical tips found in this groundbreaking new free blog post.
11. Edit ruthlessly
Shorten, delete, and rewrite anything that does not add to the meaning. It’s okay to write in a casual style, but don’t inject extra words without good reason.
To make this easier, break your writing into three steps:
©ashart -
ashart 20w
WRITING Tips✍》》》
1.Have something to say
This makes writing easier and faster. When you have nothing to say, you are forced to write sentences that sound meaningful but deliver nothing.
Read widely. Take notes. Choose your subjects wisely. Then share your information with readers.
2. Be specific
Consider two sentences:
I grow lots of flowers in my back yard.
I grow 34 varieties of flowers in my back yard, including pink coneflowers, purple asters, yellow daylilies, Shasta daisies, and climbing clematis.
Which is more interesting? Which helps you see my back yard?
3. Choose simple words
Write use instead of utilize, near instead of close proximity, help instead of facilitate, for instead of in the amount of, start instead of commence.
Use longer words only if your meaning is so specific no other words will do.
4. Write short sentences
You should keep sentences short for the same reason you keep paragraphs short: they’re easier to read and understand.
Each sentence should have one simple thought. More than that creates complexity and invites confusion.
5. Use the active voice
In English, readers prefer the SVO sentence sequence: Subject, Verb, Object. This is the active voice.
For example:
Passive sentences bore people.
When you reverse the active sequence, you have the OVS or passive sequence: Object, Verb, Subject.
For example:
People are bored by passive sentences.
You can’t always use the active voice, but most writers should use it more often.

-WRITING TIPS✍-
Dean Koontz Said:
Plunge your main character into terrible trouble as soon as possible. (That trouble will mean something different depending on your genre. For a thriller it might be life-threatening. For a romance it might mean choosing between two suitors.)
Everything your character does to try to get out of the trouble makes it only worse.
Eventually things appear hopeless.
Finally, everything your character has learned through all that trouble gives him what he needs to win the day—or fail.
That structure will keep you—and your reader—engaged.

never forget
The good someone does,
Just after they do bad to us.

All of it piles up
And

Patience,

Mark their exit

@mirakee @readwriteunite @writersnetworkPerfection is never valued
The way random thoughts are.
Love is always
Overshadowed by friendship.
Rainbows are awaited
After hours of drenching.
Though we respect all emotions,
But forget the importance of struggle
Of us, being alone.
Of others, being themselves.
We realise how we achieve
But never think why.
The clock keeps ticking,
Never stops for anyone.
While we take a break,
After a slight inconvenience.
Making us vulnerable..

And making it turn around,
Is what makes us
Conquer all our fears.
