    ~ NATURE ~

    Butterflies moving from flower to another,
    Petals opening wide, smiling at the bright sun,
    Tepals holding the bunch of corolla together,
    Bees buzzing around flora to collect nectar.
    Trees, branches spread in the blue serene
    Bidding a bright high to the puffy white clouds.
    as the breeze cross through the fresh leaves
    They murmur about the fragrance it's brought.
    Rivers flow exuberantly; pebbles in clear water.
    Fish swimming downstream happily, joyously.
    Nightingales and cuckoo; sing sweet melodies.
    Bats hanging upside down on tree branches
    Owls hiding within their nests; waitin' for dusk
    Sundry tender green mangoes swing in the wind.
    Twigs which lay on soil, brown maple leaves too
    Silently trigger a poet's mind; an artist's creativity.
    Summer brings effervescent energy to dull dreams
    Spring brings the fragrance of roses and jasmines
    Autumn, tress shed leaves; give away sorrows
    Monsoon brings down the tears the clouds held
    Petrichor blows into our nostrils; the soil, damp
    Winter is a bride of the snow; dressed in frost.
    Nature is a gift of god; blessed, we creatures
    From breeze till roots of tree, nature is heaven.

    ~ WHAT CAN POETRY DO? ~

    As I walk on top of a wall of
    imperfections, poetry can
    become the calm blackhole of
    musings, pull me mellow
    to pacifying
    shadows of dawn's
    pastel pink
    shaded
    clouds.

    Poetry can sumptuously rhyme
    with the lubdubs of a heart's chime.

    Poetry can erase lines of worry,
    paint a masterpiece of merry.

    From the branches of gulmohar which flowered on the banks
    Of the river of rejoice in us, orange red gossamers
    Of ecstasy coloured the bottom of our hearts with poetry.

    ~ OF PAIN AND PETRICHOR ~

    Parallelogram
    of existence, where I'm
    a mere dark shadow

    I presume, intrigue,
    I explore and discover
    repeated stories

    Stories of sorrows
    As scars on their pathways
    Resembling with mine.

    Tears become rain,
    pain becomes the petrichor
    on our diaries.

    Like rhyming words of poem,
    Pain repeats as syllables.

    a shade of pink care,
    from lone you,
    in purple,
    to amalgamate our dreams,
    forever be love.

    I accept,
    petals of red rose,
    gift from you,

    to adore our milky ways,
    forever be one.

    Who bloomed on the parched brown earth,
    My petals were red
    Crimson red condolences
    Made to poetry in me.

    Regretful lost rose, I am.
    Is regret painful?

    Hireath
    Under the shades
    Of an oak tree, summer
    Rests in golden yellow linen
    Therein.

    Poems
    Ooze from its leaves
    As old calligraphy
    Mend verses of saffron zeal of
    Eons.

    Rainbows
    Bow down in pride
    From crimson till purple
    To weave in laughter with sorrows
    Not pain.
