Oceans
Tears are easy for me
I have an ocean of emotion
I have a sea of love
The Pacific ain't got shit on my tears
Hope has always been in me
The ocean floor is made of my heart
The salt in the sea is made of my bitterness
I try to wash away
The ceiling of my heart is made of scar tissue
Hope,love, care, swim the sea, through to the ocean
No matter how much I try to part it
It always comes back together
I tried building bridges the other night
I tried using all the vessels I could
The tears came back and flooded them
But I keep loving, caring, and hoping
I wish I had the power moses did
So the sea could stay parted long enough

It does not depend on the availability of another human being.
Neither does it depend on the pleasures the world has to offer.
The materialism of today’s generations shouldn’t just matter as this pursuit starts from you.
You are the source to your own happiness.
The soul of your smiley being.
You are your beginning, your only end.

She took me home and gave me a bath. My first apple scented bubble bath inside a warm and cozy home.
Home. I never thought I would get the chance of being in a forever home but golly, there I was. My forever best friend. My walking companion for an eternity. My sloppy kisses and playful fights partner.
Nothing could ever tear us apart.
At least, that's what I thought.
