War & peace like that
In the odd hours of the night,
My heart races at its best speed,
Keeping me awake with questions of 'what ifs? '
It's a war between an anxious mind and a troubled heart.
I know not which is right or which is winning.
It's a war trying to forget you and your memories against being caught considering possibilities of us.
The rage goes on until the eyes decides to close and see you, one last time, making peace like that.

A forgotten melody.
Poem 45.
As we sit on the ground looking up at the night sky,
We hear the wind play it’s haunting song.
We long for the days of youth, our somber lives within.
The tune of wind plays a song the stars sing alone.
What are to do?
Who are we to say?
This tune of life is slipping away.
We are left in dust, in shame.
Some can sing while the stars sleep in day.
I want to sing and play the way of a forgotten melody.
So now we stand with instruments in hand.
Ready to play and sing.
After all is done we she’ll know

Uranium 235.
Easy life,
I've lived for you.
Tough times reveal what I've done for you.
You quit before I could hold you.
Time makes the hundred feel distant too.
There are people that grow,
And there are people that know.
I fall somewhere in between the two.
Lamp on the lampposts glimmer.
Dust on the ground settled.
Heroes and idols play parts that they like,
In reality they side the wrong sides to every opposition they face.
For the sainthood is not in your white or saffron robes,
It is how you control your whole life with your body's testament.
We've got saint politicians,
Ruling like the Kings of ancient harems.
All I can say is religion has raised patriots;
Patriots who called their quests—
Crusades, Jihads and mass extinction.
Forgive me Father,
You never entrusted any to carry out your own dominion.
For your children have turned against each other.
Assassinating our own nation's father with its own rebellion.
History teaches life,
But life lurks around the same assertion.
The people are evolving over past ideals,
However, the same are building peace measured using half-lives of uranium.

All she want
is to save herself from

That's the end of his captivity.
What about the ones captured by death?
I don't think death is keen to follow the Geneva convention.

Far across the terrain, the soldiers sings -
Of the anthem sweet and sound
It ceased ! the sound of gunshots and bombs
It's peace time , the radio announced
On the top of the Rocky mountains
Where the sign board reads ' No man's land '
The white flag fly high
As the tears of joy rolls down his cheeks
Comrade ! he uttered ,when you go home,
Please tell Momma ,her son died brave
And tell father that his son never gave up
Another soldier down as the trumpet blows
The wait is over my friend ,we're going home.
Inscribed on the memorial stone , it reads
When you go home, tell them about us that -
that for your tomorrow we gave our today .

We have always been guided by choleric discourses on bravery and turbulent actions in times of war while aged wisdom has held us by our fingers and seen us through epochs of peace. If it had been the other way round, wisdom would have choked the dogs of war, reigning in death and destruction. If humans knew better, epochs of peace would have been writ with a courageous, invigorating hand that poured all productive energies like ink on the parchment of human history. Alas!
