Sins.
A lonely man counts his sin,
In unsaid words, he wonders
Of countless treachery and pain
That has been clumsily tucked under,
His bed, his closet, his mind and soul.
He barely sleeps and barely speaks,
Of looming clouds, above his streets.
Up at night he ponders,
Are the dues now paid, in penance made,
Shall remission rain or
There are still, sins unsettled ,
So its just menacing winds and thunders.

Sleepless Nights
I watch as the arm of the clock overtakes every number
As I find a way to get a little bit of slumber
Listening to the programmed tick-tock it takes along
Making that sound my everyday theme song
I close my eyes and ponder about everything
As I'm being accustomed to the dark room I'm staying
Thinking of every possible and rational reasons
For me to experience these unfortunate situations
I take a deep breath and fake a sweet smile
As I assumed my brain will be somewhat versatile
Again closing my eyes and even trying the sheep head counts
For my sleepless nights to finally have less counts

Trying hard to think of the time, to remember the happy place,

SOMETHING ABOUT EVERYTHING
Starting off with a few thoughts and ideas that popped into my mind while I was trying hard to sleep midst these annoying mosquitoes. Every night I come across these tiny visitors who fly in right through my window making this whining sound just to annoy me all night. These tiny visitors are the only reason why I have started writing a blog.
Every night annoyed and kept awake by their whining, lying on my bed staring at the ceiling fan made me think why not do something productive and that's how... I happened to start writing "something about everything".
Now to all those who are wondering why the title "SOMETHING ABOUT EVERYTHING" frankly too don't know why. I just made that up.

Thoughts of a nightdweller
Many sleepless nights, pass silently.
Eyes closed to summon sleep,
Body limp as lifeless,
But ears attentive, listening to the sound of night.
Distant barking of dogs,
Screeching tires of some night traveller,
The incessant ticking of the clock,
Gives the sign of life amidst the silence of the dark night.
The world around me is asleep
Everything stagnant as death itself.
But time goes on.
Life grows,
Everything propel forward,
Even me.
Slowly gliding towards my end like anybody else.
It is said, we decide life through our will and action.
Is it so?
We can't decide not to die, not to grow old, not to disappear.
Thoughts go on creating a deeper void in me.
Only thoughts,no solutions.
Is there any answer.
I dont think so.
Every man is bound to crawl towards death.
This civilization is also doomed like men,
To move slowly towards decay untill the doomsday arrive.
Nothing can be done to stop it.
It is imminent.
