Healing Yourself - Part 2
The second step to healing yourself is Forgiveness.
First off, Forgiving Yourself for bringing you into this hurtful condition, physically and mentally. Say to yourself: "I forgive you. And I love you. It's all gonna be okay. I'm there with you, every step of the way."
Second, Forgiving all Outer Sources that You feel are hurting you on a daily basis. People, situations - anything. Say to them, in your mind: "I forgive you. And I love you. We're in this together and I'll be there with you every step of the way, with my full potential."
And BE that person.
