Cosmos
In the garden of thorns, that my life is,
All I ever wanted was,
For a single Rose, to blossom,
And alleviate the pain, with its hue,
Its own color indistinguishable,
From my anguish.
Instead, I found a cosmos flower,
And it's still early spring,
I await patiently for the fall to come,
To see you blossom fully,
And see all the thorns disappear,
Your presence, the only thing,

Fathers love their daughters
and mothers love their sons

I was a violent sunset
spread across your sky
you preferred cloudy weather
you had no clue how I could fly
the sun went down as I caught a glimpse-
of envy in your bloodshot eyes
you let it pour and thunder
lightening struck through my clouds
I drifted to a new day

how peaceful were the sounds
I can do better than him

All the World's a Stage
Everyday he slept soundly, devoid of any troubles meandering his way,
Unaware of the fact that all his burden,
Were encumbering his parents,
In a similar way as Atlas held the sky,
They withstood all of his burden,
While he laid cozily in a veil of tranquility!!!
As he now witnessed his child enjoying the slumber, it was reminiscent of the old days,
Now it was his turn, to contain his miseries,
While the child enjoyed the same.
Such is the work of this mysterious world, Stage inadvertently remains the same,
Only the characters change..!!!

I dip my fingers in this riot
Of hues, my broken heart a
Chalice of inks, each one thick
With stories I never got to tell,
Of wishes stabbed to death,
I write of ghosts that were
The girls who fell in love
With monsters, hoping against hope,
That theirs would be a fairytale,
But some beasts are just that,
Sometimes love is not strong enough,
Sometimes, beauty doesn't waltz
Under grand chandeliers, no,
There lives a beauty that slays her
Monsters, and on their carcasses,
She dances under the pale moonlight,
A ferocious work of art, come to life.
