Footnote- In Hebrew, the Alef is the 1st letter of the Hebrew Alphabets and the Tav is the Last letter of the Hebrew Alphabet. Thus we see this exact word used in Revelation 22:13 When Jesus said to John Boldly “I Am the Alpha and the Omega”. In the Hebrew Bible this reads “I Am the Alef and the Tav” (HNV). Meaning He is the Beginning; our Beginning and our end. We begin with Him and our end can only be meaningful by Him because in Him and by Him All things Fully consists Col.1:17-20.

Pontius pilate found Him guiltless Yet the scribes named Him guilty Crucify him they cried with zeal Blood thirsty for the death of their King
The king of the Jews He was in glory The lamb of God, our ransom The First begotten of the Father Christ the Lord, heir of the whole world Sent to us to be crucified, Sent to us to be glorified
Little did they know they fulfilled scriptures When He took the shame and bore the pains That He might be their ransom from death And eternal freedom from sin
For these were scribes, buried in their scripts Indeed Pharisees too far to see And Sadducees too sad to see Alienated from the truth, They were blinded by their traditions
Shut off from the truth of God's providence They groped on with wickedness in total darkness Unbeknownst to them that their sins He bare They esteemed Him stricken of God and afflicted
Unto the cross He was condemned That they should no more be condemned Thirty nine stripes he bore in pain That we might not be sick again Nails of death pierced through his flesh To rescue us from our impending death.
These were the travails of our Lord The perfect ransom for us all Sent to redeem us from the fall To liberate us from the curse of the law As the perfect son of God With love for us He Finished the course.
Facts Isaiah 53:1-end & Matthew 27 †It is noteworthy that the English word ‘remission as in remission of sin is the Greek word aphesis which means freedom from the bondage of sins and the word ‘atonement' is the Greek word katallagē from the root word katallassō which means restoration to divine Favour. Thus Rom.3 and Romans 5 reveals the mystery of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ in the light of His benefits to every human on the planet. To deliver us from the bondage of sin and to restore us back into Divine Favour with God.
