To Sin, or Not to Sin
In the dark of night she awaits the demon
That will visit her with no good intentions.
Nor spare her the agony of tormenting her
Body, mind, and soul having his way with her
As she lay helpless unable to move frozen
From the fear deep within her. Any type of
movement, even a little bit the demons anger
Escalates, and the torture almost becomes unbearable. She prays, with tears running down
Her face, that this torment, this agony will end
No matter what the cost. Death would be better
Than the torture she goes through day after day.
In her world there is no sunshine, no rainbows,
No beautiful hills or valleys of green, green grass.
No knight in shining armor to come rescue her.
The beatings started 5 years ago, about 6 months
After she met who she thought was her one and
Only soulmate. Of course in the beginning they are always loving and oh so sweet until you do something they do not approve of. In his eyes no
Woman talks to another male when she is what
He calls her "his property". She had no idea he
Was so jealous, and would even think she would cheat on him. What he didn't take the time to see
Is how she worshipped the ground he walked on
Until the beatings started.
She only looked away for a minute and it just so
Happens that a gorgeous, fine gentleman walked
By. Well unbeknown to her this was something he
Did not tolerate. If looks could kill she would have dropped dead right there in the store. She tries to explain her intentions were not to look at the fine
Gentleman, he just happened to walk by when she turned to look at the beautiful dress in the store
Window. They finished their shopping, and once
They were in the car he turns to her and slaps her
Across the face so hard her head hit the door
Window and broke the glass.
To Sin, or not to sin that is the question.
