1)Postpone procastination (Don't think about it once ,whatever it is do it right now) 2)break things into chunks (Break big habits of leaving and ADOPTING something into chunks by applying small things in the way of capturing that) 3)Be Kind to yourself (When u are Actually kind to Yourself you are more likely to make it with compassion) 4)Apply H3 formula (Control your feelings of H1 HEART,thinking of H2 HEAD,work of H3 HANDS) 5)Reasons Reap Results (Think about all the rewards you will get after doing this particular activity)
