My shadow talks to me through my mind,
In the stillness, dark memories play on rewind;
When all the hope is lost to the void,
When moments of bliss are devoid.

Maybe we humans are too ignorant that is beyond explainations & most importantly we don't realize it at all. The world is constantly moving, changing & evolving. And in this changing world, the universe knows how to maintain balance between it's rythm & how to move different components of it's creation including humans & all other species & knows how to keep everything in place. Although God has given us free will to make our choices, but anyhow this freedom is limited to the point we face the consequences of our choices. So that decides our pleasures & sufferings. Both are a part of moving forward or evolving. Transcend pains & pleasures. Rise above them. Cause only when you transcend & raise your consciousness above them to a higher level, then can you get a clear & unbiased view & judgement about your own life's circumstances. And only when you are indifferent & unbiased towards these, only then you can make a wise & sound judgement about your life & take a decision that'll push you forward & raise you to the next level rather than being at the mercy of your emotions & feelings that keep on changing with time & conditions.
So keep rising & shining like a phoenix
