Simile works as a therapy. It releases certain hormones and neurotransmitters within our body as serotonin, dopamine and endorphins. Serotonin is an anti-depressant. It elevates the mood and generally all anti-depressant drugs increased serotonin uptake in our brains. Dopamine is hormone of happiness and produce the feelings of pleasure and joy. Endorphins are natural painkillers. They work like opioids, not only suppress the physical pain but also the emotional pain. The question is when a person is already devastated how can he smile? The answer is Gratitude. Gratitude is the only way which makes you optimistic, holds a ray of hope in the darkness and keeps one going on. It makes one realize that the " glass is half full"
And surprisingly smile works as a two way therapy. The one who smiles and the one who receives.
And above all its SUNNAH Abdullah ibn al-Harith reported: I have not seen anyone smile more often than the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. ■Source: Sunan al-Tirmidhī 3641■
When you want to move on or be on the right path in your life remember two things, firstly You have to move on and secondly to look back. You have to look back to learn from your mistakes and its very important so that you won't repeat any. How to move on? The art of moving on lies on few emotions when we are involved in any relationship we've invested in that emotionally and in our subconscious it lies that we'll surely get back the same so when it won't happen or we are betrayed some emotions are activated. We are stressed, we want to take revenge, we are in agony, we are broken these all stop us from moving on So the art is to Forgive, when you forgive you are suppressing the basic stimulus of being betrayed and all other emotions will automatically switch off. Definitely it is not easy and time lapse also vary person to person but if you really want something Positive and Productive in your life You have to do this ultimately so why not today....
