I hear the sound of tears dropping as your love for me fades away,
I wonder if you are ever going to be able to have a reason to smile the same way.
I see the cloud of anger in your eyes, as guilt consumes my souls innocence.
I'm stuck living forever with an intoxicated conscience, having to see the secret hurt engraved in your eyes that's cloaked with a smile forever.
An unforgivable crime I have committed that's left your heart broken, nothing hurts more thank knowing my redemption is beyond your forgiveness.

Stepping carefully with trust dancing free to soul's choir
Body restricts and releases like musical dissonance
Bend and twist yearning for sweet romance
Divine love higher than birds can fly
Cascading gently throughout my minds eye
All the dreams I dared to wish
Write melodies that twinkle and gleam
Opening up bravely to this new place
Soothing my fears and silencing my screams
Heartache will ease as I listen to the rhythm and allow for the beat
Moving on tattered and wounded feet
Rediscovering the space that is my home
Never lost for long, distinctive feelings, like breadcrumbs draw me back from where I roam
Recognition within, holding the key to my own heart
Cradled by love and living life out loud is the art

I never understood people being mean. It's so confusing you know? Like, how people can get up and go to church, or, temple, or mosque, and yet turn right around and call someone out of their name. Everyday. They come and they go.
They lock my doors and turn on my alarm.
I creak and groan weeping from some forgotten faucet as I await their return.
They come in finally from their adventures.
I listen to them as they expound on their day.
I keep them warm in Winter, cool in Summer.
I wonder do they think about all I do for them?
They never speak to me directly, but I hear them speak of repairs that I need, so I comfort myself in knowing they care for me. And I smile.

We used to smile at each other,
And our souls spoke the mystic words through our eyes.
Our body craved the touch and sensation of one another,
And my naughty inquisition made you flushed, and left you smiling...
When you loved me, I held back my affection, scared if i let myself love you, I would loose you.
I was scared of being alone that I didn't realize how lonely I was.
I called you "Hon" because you "held on" to me.
I still love and yearn for you even tho I don't deserve you.
