My Grandma
The moment when innocent toothless smile
flickered on my lips seeing her calm nurturing aura,
marked the beginning of our never ending kinship.
For it was a blissful moment of ecstasy for a woman,
who had once lost her angel child.
Our relationship was more sacred and stronger
than a mother's love towards her child.
What an eloquent and antique name
she had sorted-out for me!.
She endured all my acts filled with naughtiness
and covered me with kisses.
She chanted "Ganesh Mantras"and prayed
to remove obstacles that I had in my studies.
No other drink that I had sipped until now,
tasted like her hot horlicks milk.
The songs that she taught me during my childhood,
had imprinted in depth in my mind.
No one else had prayed for me,
with such a great devotion and earnestness.
Her love was the fuel that
enabled me to do the impossible.
Her lessons of forgiveness and compassion,
always navigated me towards the right path in life.
Once when she was hospitalized,I experienced
deep emptiness and loneliness as of never before.
Her unconditional love had always given me
immense strength to face hurdles in life.
I loved her more than my successful working mom,
as she made me realise that
" Pure unconditional love is all above money".
I had never ever met such a woman with
so much selflessness and forgiveness.
Her intense devotion towards"Lord Shriram"
and deep understanding of principles of Ramayan
encouraged her to serve others selflessly since childhood.
She is not just my Grandma for me,
she is like my second mother,
she is my Guru.
She is my heartbeat,
as I can't imagine living without her.
She loves me with all her heart and soul.
" She is my nurturing core, a core that is deep rooted."

Performed in various ways
the notes stubbornly remain
What's born cannot be changed

Nurture is Nature's
Dais -
Not only cleaning the windshield but
cleaning the wiper is also our responsibility.
And the truth is we keep on questioning us, but we never urge the right person, and that's when we start doubting our trust in them and let others weaken our bond.
And when it comes to nurturing our connection, then we forget every sweet little moment of ours when we were together. We forget our unconditional love for each other and start accusing our loved ones just because we were not aware of the truth.
So rather than wrapping, it's better to express.

Reuse ,Recycle....these terms can be used
in our life to show the worthiness in terms
of our upbringing by our parents.
They want to give the best to their children
within the boundaries drawn by their status,
respect. ...in every walk of life cemented
with their ethics to survive in the society
I tried writing to reciprocate their love
in words.
I am sorry if it is incorrect to use the terms
Reuse Recycle.REUSE & RECYCLE
We are precious, valuable
depending on our upbringing,
moulded by our parents with ethics
In every stage of life.
Once we become fit to earn a living,
REUSE... our knowledge gained, with a job
RECYCLE... the love to our parents who
nurtured in bringing out
our potentials.
Once they grow old,
REUSE....the appreciation and affection
cemented to stand strong
RECYCLE....it on our parents which
is vital nutrient in showing them
the foundation laid by them on us.
Once we grow old,
REUSE......our strength in keeping the
roots firm and strong
RECYCLE..the blessings earned and
sprinkle happiness on the buds to
bloom, give shade to the family
stand strong in every storm to
prove the roots are strong which
cannot be uprooted whatever
the modern lifestyle seems to be.

OCEAN OF TRANQUILLITY
Beyond the silence of
the Universe, there lies
a void of deep innocence.
I believe although it's
already vast, it has the
very profound essence.
The knowledge I adore,
is strongly substantial.
Freedom of expression
is the key to be liberal.
The enormous creatures
are towards a havoc.
To nurture the nature is
the only way to stop.
The untold stories of the
silenced sleepless nights.
Very less it could find its own right.
Unexpressed feelings growing
beneath the coldness of the Earth.
There is a lot of unfulfilled needs,
so it remains with a touch of dearth.
Endless hope to illuminate
the dark World with a vision.
To brighten up the nature
with a vivid colorful fusion.
Knocking the doors of the unseen
truth where the tides rise, the tides fall.
Galaxies adorned with the myriad of Stars,
the morning breaks and the Cuckoo calls.
Wandering in search of the unknown reality.
Can I catch a glimpse of the pure serenity?
I rise, I fall; even lost in the void but
then my life echoed and I realized;
Life is a gift, there is a peace within it.
Embrace each and every moment till eternity.
May the Universe flow in the "Ocean Of Tranquillity".
