Try to change your mindset and once you do it, everything arounds you becomes bright, but depends on how you take it. So well, yeah! That’s the hacks of my life.
Do not pressure yourself too much!! If you feel tired just take a rest, give yourself a break and or ample of time where in you can relax your mind and after that if you feel calm and or at ease, solve your own problems with sanity! Or do the 3 basic things how to control it; air, breath, and circulation. And this helps me.
