An ugly, destructive phenomenon,
Yet it pulls your eyes forth,

Rooted by its hunger, you stand

The good and the bad, as one.
Child, become an explosion.
Pull forth the roots of your ancestors,
Tear away the relics.
And then rise from the ashes.
A majestic pheonix. Be reborn.

Boom.
Its seeps out of her skin like a slow gas leak awaiting for someone innocent to light the explosion. Only then when she has taken down a city block will people notice that she has been spiraling for months. Slowly and silently she walked passed them with it violence, dread, anguish, exhaustion, misery all seeping out of her pores. She is cast as the bad guy when the explosion goes off. The boom can be heard for miles. The gas company coulda of stopped the leak no one felt the dizziness until blood was running down the streets. No one realized that what damage a gas leak can do when it goes unnoticed. The violence that was heard from her vocally cords ring in people's ears to this day. The feel the toxicity now , they see the gas and all she wants is to be invisible again like the gas. The blood that runs down the street is hers. The home that blew up was hers. She self destructived from in the inside out and you cannot piece back together a gas explosion it annihilates everything in its path . All you can is rebuild and everytime the past the site of the explosion she will be cast as the bad guy when she was leaking and no one tried to stop it. She turns the gas off , wraps her body in bandages, silences her ears from the judgement and tries to hold on to what is left. To the girl leaking. I am sorry I didnt notice. To the site of my own explosion i am sorry i didnt call the gas company. To the future ones who are leaking make the call .

Roaring she erupts,
unexpectedly.
For inside she’s corrupt,
Within her chemistry.
The heat burns all around,
Dust covering the light.
With embers she’s crowned,
The queen of forever night.
My fingers blackened
upon her caress.
Spurting flames this dragon
Finally takes the aggress.
Once settled all the death,
After the fire and flash,
I took a deep breath,
And tried to breathe in ash.

bodies? Sir,

swimmers jumped inside
crossing dead bodies

a mini attack
sitting on a pile of cash

You poured the pain in my cup.
I couldn't bear.
For, the pain was like gasoline,
and in my cup,
I had fire burning down below.

Ship of Stars
Jerky rides and beating hearts,
A thousand explosions, all at once.
All the fire burning the air
Raging down loud and clear,
The winds gush the dust away
The jerks are stronger, out of the way;
The gasses go red as it lifts the spirits
Towards the known and unknown heavens,
Spiriting away in hopefull eyes,
They said all the goodbyes.
Now a month or a year lasting whence,
For they'll return home a long time hence.
Now they go, with courage in hearts,
Prayers in souls, and eyes fixed above,
One final thrust, and now into the open,
There's still some more to happen.
The ship departs and the other pieces fall,
Diving into the Pacific; the ship shall now haul,
Minute thrusts, the perfection aligned,
The ship now docks completely lined.
There she goes, the ship O’ Captain,
The trip is done the destiny reached for certain.
Now so small and yet so big
What heavenly wonder had it been,
The islands far across can all be seen
In their tiniest of fashion, drifting amidst the blue ocean,
While you my Captain sail the ship through the greatest seas,
The sea of stars in the heavens,
The long yearned dreams of a desolate heart,
Lurking on an island looking at the stars
And thinking of sailing off into the heavens,
Amongst the infinite big of the infinitly small.

The Mole
What did he know, lying cold in his crypt of crimes so black, he didn’t commit?
Too bad he was accused of being a mole, his pathway was
now foretold.
To a lamppost he was tethered,
as a warning to touts; he was tarred and feathered.
One day, his car primed, ready to explode, hit a security bollard
where it imploded.
A mother’s son, a proud young dad, a career worth climbing the ladder for,
but none mattered now.
The lamppost, bound in hyacinths in yellow, served as a stark reminder
to other poor fellows.
