He was gone
She drove her car towards the cliff in the middle of the night. Tears rolling down her eyes, all she could think of was how perfect they were. Why did he have to leave? Why did he never understand that all those unending fights, her crazy stalking, her unannounced visits and calls to his parents, her threats to suicide, all were a sign of her love and how they were meant to be together. But he was so adamant on leaving her.
As the car reached the edge of the cliff, she hit the breaks and got out of the car. The hoot of the owls and sound of crickets made her miss him more but she was helpless, he was gone. She wiped her tears and caught a last glimpse of him strapped in the backseat as she pushed the car down the cliff........
