Somehow you seem closer today like we are one Beneath the booming thunderous skies As though we exist together Travelling while the crickets chirp alongside The moon seems larger than life today The rumbling sandstorms a perfect blue No whooshing arid airs cause me any pains For my world exists only of us two In the tinkling of the camel bells I can hear the ones on your feet Across the roaring dunes I travel today my love To travel while we finally meet

Imagine a barren and parched desert longing for a just a single drop of water. The cracks go so deep in the soil that no amount of rain will ever quench it's thirst. The air so dry that it could suck life up from a soul. And then the wait was finally over. It rained. As as the heavy raindrops cascaded upon the droughty land and moistens the soil and finally starts to satisfy the thirst of this desert... it realized that it's acid rain. Acid rain that will probably do more harm than good. But the thirst is so severe that it renders the desert incapable of rejecting the water.
Have you ever had something like that in your life? Something that's so harmful that the walls you're made of start to bleed but a tragedy in your life has made it impossible to reject it because it quenches the thirst of your bleeding soul... Just like that of the desert.
