    On the heart
    Wrong?
    No ... stolen
    On yours

    कुसूर किसका , गुनहगार कौन ?
    हम कौन , हमारी हस्ती कौन ?
    खौफ़ किसका , रहने दीजिए न !

Sometimes I feel like I am my own culprit.
The culprit of my crushed confidence.
    The culprit of my rudeness.
    The culprit of my disquiet.
    The culprit of my melancholy.
    The culprit of my present.
    The culprit of my future.

Our words and our actions, most of the times don't match..
    It's in human nature.
Nothing can be done about it.
But yes it's always upto an individual, whether what he says, should be in his actions too.
Life is all about words and actions.
Sometimes we call it as promises.
    Those promises value alot..
But how many of us do something about keeping the promises we made??

When do you find out someone to be the culprit ?

If a woman got rapped, the society will show sympathy towards her and often the government offers financial support for the family rather than punishing the culprit properly.

Can a woman's virginity be justified by money?

    -- Pass The Blame --

    Pass the infected water
For which lies, were stirred better
As if it's just a normal creed
    So common-sense indeed

Pass the blame, it's like a game
The rules are all just the same
    Though, whoever has that blame
    Will be for endless shame

    Wasting time in quidnuncs
That do nothing but bring conundrums
To them, they're the one to blame
    Those blamers should feel ashamed

For what they've been doing now
Only sole disgrace they're causing right now
To which one will receive the blame
They'll never come back the same

    Unwanted hate being spread
Meanwhile, they sit there, awfully dead
From now on, peacefully in their beds
Will the unaffected lie down, unfed

By the blames that put society into flames
Chaos for some, but for others, it's fame
Restricted, as they're put into jail
Sad indeed, they're the ones impaled

But the main culprit is the one guilty
As he's the one who've started it filthily
But society tries to embosom reality
And the blame is passed indefinitely

Yet another day will have to pass
As the society's virus infects one of the last
Ironic, as they blame, uncalled as iconoclasts
Only hopes can help this mess stop fast

    Love

I must distance myself from you.

But why is it that whenever I close my eyes,
    I can see you?
And even the most pleasant memories
of us sting. They are ingrained deep inside,
My head hurts, my soul is aching,
But I know that we must be away
    from each other for now,
    Or will it be forever?

My mind is playing tricks with me,
    My body is betraying me,
    But my heart,

    is the culprit.

Nowadays , the news of *rape cases* are not uncommon. Every month , there is a case of rape where the victim is murdered too along with getting brutally raped.

Everytime the cases are of different scenarios.
The first spine chilling case was of NIRBHAYA . In our capital city *Delhi* , a girl became a victim to some sexually hungry men. She suffered , she fought but at last gave her life.
It took so long to punish those culprits ! And most probably one of them was a juvenile . If he was not an adult , how could he get so much of guts to rape a woman ?
    Leave.

Again , the Kathua rape case. Rape in a temple . Seriously ? A little girl was raped in a holy place where people used to worship "goddesses" ?

Is this how our country is developing ?

These are only two cases which I've mentioned . But there are many more horrific rape cases too.

"Kidnapped , raped and burnt alive". This is the news we've been reading today. She is a doctor in Hyderabad.
What the hell is just going on in this country ??
Nobody is safe. Not a single person.

From a foetus (amniocentesis) to a lady of any age (rape) , nobody is safe !!

And yeah , the reason is not her *clothes* , but those men's terrific hunger . Their mentality and their illness of mind.

If we point out a mistake on a girl's cloth saying that she wore short skirts or tops , does long salwars or sarees help in saving that girl's life ? No even it couldn't.

Those victims still cry for justice and ask from heaven , when women will be safe ? .

Rape is a crime. Stop it !

Well I often hear people saying
    "India Aisa hi hai"
Got it! "India Aisa hi hai!"
    But why? Why?
    "India Aisa kyu hai?"
Why instead of Changing our mentality we put all the blame on patriarchy?
When a girl accuses an innocent guy for raping her... He is brutally killed and then it's said girls are wrong too and we are called Feminazi Assholes!
    Ok! Got it!
    We are feminazi assholes!
But did anyone said India aisa hi hai ?
No, I don't think so and maybe I am wrong.
But when a new born baby is raped again comes the saying "India Aisa hi hai" and we accept it.
How ironic it is isn't it?
A girl accusing an innocent and he getting killed made the whole female population known as Feminazi Asshole and where everyday a baby is getting raped and 80 year old womens are getting raped, it doesn't matters because "India Aisa hi hai"
We always want an upper hand to deal with things ,
But when you do have opportunity to do them you back away...
Cuz "Ye India hai, aur yahan Aisa hi hota hai!"
"A girl wearing a short dress is provoking men to rape her !"
    Got it!
    But why?
Because that's her only motive... To get raped?
She can't wear something because she just wants to wear it, just because she likes it... ?
But she wears it to attract attention.
Well it's okay because "India Aisa Hi hai!"
Nothing happens to the guilty for doing what he did... And the victim is the one who gets to hear all the shit thrown at them and survive through it in hopes that they will get justice some day.
    Why?
    Because "India Asia hi hai?"
Even when people fight for their selves they are called manerless and many other names...
No one tends to notice situation at the hand and well culprit playing the victim card isn't too hard at all.
It's not about feminism at all.
None of the female population wants to be treated as superior just the equals!
And I hope in near future... We might not get to hear "India Aisa hi hai" for every problem that comes and just move on like nothing happened.
Cuz deep down we all know
"India isn't supposed to be like this!"

    Wrong

Believing me wrong when i did nothing
but loved immensely and tried to stay !
Kept the blame on me, all by myself
Just to keep you happy !
    Well...I was wrong
    Guarding the culprit.
Try expressing your heart, no matter what.
At least regrets may not haunt you
For letting down the sparkle in you.

    Hope is always there

    I sat there hands bounded
    As whispers filled the air
I looked at the people around me
    Some looked away in disgust
    Others in fear
And few held my gaze in pain and anger
A head bobbed at my right and when I turned
    It was a little girl
It broke my heart when she smiled at me
I smiled back at her slowly
Unsure at first and then surely, thankful for the distraction
The whispers had begun to fade
The same fearful sound of the hammer boomed
    The judgement was made
    Hell awaited me either way
"Mr. Reed is found guilty of the murder -"
Nothing could have felt worse that it did then
" -of Mr. Olive Hottman based on the -"The judge was cut off by a voice.
"Why are they calling daddy's name, mommy? Will he come here? Now?"
I was wrong! This ....this..was the worst feeling ever, the girl who smiled at me was the same girl I had made fatherless.
"Shush honey. I told you he's not coming he is gone... to a good place." Her mom told, the same women I made a widow of.
"Did he do it?"she asked pointing at me.
    Her mom nodded yes.
" Then shouldn't he be thanked? Why are his hands tied like that? Mom I don't understand. You told dad was in a good place so he did a good thing right? Can I hug him and thank him?"
    "No Clara you can't-"
"May I ?" I asked looking at the judge and her mother.
And before anyone could stop me I turned fully towards her, got on my knees.
Only the wooden fence was between us and the guards that come to the sides instantly.
With my head down, I said
"Sweetie, you dad is in a good place but he went at the wrong time and for that I should be punished"
"But daddie said we go to good place only when Lord calls us so are you saying He is wrong?"
"No sweetie He is right and so is the judge, You have to listen to elders, is also what He said right?"
    She nodded and kept quiet.
I got up and bowed my head to her and then her family before walking into my fate, my punishment.
I was wrong maybe hell awaited me on other side, here, on this side...
    I had hope. Faith even!
    Thanks to a little angel.
    Thanks to the Lord!

I used to live in a naive and bubbly girl ,
We were the best friends & had a strong bond like a burl.
One day, I lost my way unintentionally ,
Don't know who was the culprit , his vibes and smile were extraordinary.
Now , I'm stuck in a dilemma & it really racks,
I even doesn't exist for him , knowing this fact.
My beloved friend, from you I got never detached,
and now my mere wish is to reunite & recuperate.
    Can anybody help & elucidate?????

    I realised it.

    Already i have
    wasted my
    enough time.
    can't waste
    it anymore.
    I realised it.
    Now i know
    it's value.
    I regret
    for all those
    days gone
    wasted doing
    nothing but
    i turned it
    into a nightmare
    instead making
    it better.
    Now i realised it
    I was the fool.
    I was the culprit.
    i was the one careless.
    Now it hurts me
    too much when i
    think it was all bullshit.
