Surely, Numerous times, There's war in our minds,
Conflicting Thoughts also going in and out of our minds,
Such a state of Ambivalence, isn't it so hard to survive?
For a while we see positive side of one thing and within a second a thought changes our minds,
For a while we are happy enjoying a moment and within a second a thought changes our minds,
Such a state of Ambivalence, isn't it so hard to survive?
For a while we are laughing out loud like a juvenile child and within a second a thought changes our mind,
There's come colossal raindrops pouring from our eyes,
Such a state of Ambivalence, isn't it so hard to survive?
For a while we understand everything whatsoever is happening and within a second a thought changes our minds,
Our minds don't able to distinguish what's wrong and what's right,
Such a state of Ambivalence, isn't it so hard to survive?
And when things go out of our control and we try to tell our close ones,
Then we again try and can't able to tell them properly,
A state of Ambiguity and Desultory again puzzle our minds,
Such a state of Ambivalence, isn't it so hard to survive?
You should know, you are not alone in this tough time.
Everyone had experienced it in any stage of their lives,
So, Be Halcyon for your life,
    Be Blithely for your soul,
Remember, It can't rain all the time,
Be sky to survive this storm,
Because, I too know, Such a state of Ambivalence is so hard to survive.

    False Memory

Do you know how it feels like not to trust your memory
Having to be forgetful, not once or twice but almost Everytime
Asking yourself so much questions about the way you said something.
    Did I say it correctly?
Not even able to remember Lucidly what you just did or say 5 mins ago
And sometimes feeling you did or say something you never really said or do.
That's how false Memory look like.
Having no cognitive memory about your actions so you can't properly rely on them.

Love and approval are highly desirable.. but they are not absolute necessities. Making them is not only illogical, but screw me up when I think they may not be forthcoming.. Better I keep them as preferences rather
    than demands...

It's because you understand how the world works and how the system betrays the gullible and how things just keep getting worse. I could go on.

How, a lot more than often, we jump in the joy of anything unlimited (I'm not talking about love) be it food, data, talktime or time ⌚ for that matter. Isn't it?
    .
Do you we really need this much? I guess no. The word "unlimited" is a #cognitive cushion to our overheads. (this has two levels)
    .
But how do we NOT care about the other side? In maths, limits are essential for continuity, derivative and integral. How true and meaningful is each application in real life too. These #limits are an integral part of our lives too.
    .
For instance, we face paralysis of choice that stops us from initiate. Limit yourself into #boundaries and #emerge creative because that's how our brains are designed. Constraints are powerful.
    .
We assume that explosion of #choices means greater satisfaction. But beware of excessive #choice: choice overload can make you question the decisions you make before you even make them, it can set you up for unrealistically high expectations for yourself, and it can make you blame yourself for any and all #failures.
    .
In the long run, it leads to decision-making #paralysis, #anxiety, and perpetual #stress. And, in a culture that tells us that there is no synonym to perfection; when your options are limitless, too much choice can lead to clinical #depression.
    .
Trust me, constraints at some point give us exemplary impetus to remove them at the first place & CAUSE #GROWTH in the process.

"We don't see things as they are, we see them as we are." - Anais Nin

People only listen, to what they want to hear. Searching for the truth, is different than searching for that which is desirable.

    Sleepwalker

    Waking, now,
    Like walking in my sleep;
    Walking, now,
    And waking to a dream.

    Dreaming, now,
    And wishing I could scream;
    Screaming, now,
    I wonder if I'm real.

    Reeling, now,
    From pain that tries to choke;
    The pain inside my mind,
    My mind within a dream.
