I stand before you O Lord
    Naked and frightened
Sinful I am, I have become thin
With no ounce of Grace within
I have allowed myself to be sucked
my spirit drained, and my mind stuck

Now I have no place to go
I'm homeless and I have no money for rent
I can't rest, I have no one but you my parent
My heart is locked, absent of hope
But to you I come, you are the key, you are my home.

Please loving Father, I beg of thee,
Do not cast your anger on me, hear my plea.
    I am but a man.
Flesh and blood, the world it can't withstand.
Only you are my saving grace.
For I have no breath left in this race.

    Help me O' Lord
    Have mercy on your son
    Heal me, treat my wounds
Here I stand, naked and crude.
    Heaven I truly long for.
Save me, so I can be home with you.

    The cross on the Hill.

    Tear drops of the night,
gracefully fall in the laps of craving leaves,
If it were dew drops of illumination,
of necessity, shall it be, bliblical.

    Urgent sunrays of solemn Sunday,
prides itself along the streets of heaven.
If it were sunrays of raw gold,
compulsorily, the emergence of supernal abode.

On the hill there's a cross.
    Every inch of witnessed nature,
    it's certainty doth it breath.
    Of awe, mansions within houses.
    If it were not so...

    Walk With Christ

    This road is hard.
The world turns away from me.
But this is how my walk with You should be.
    Like the word 'meraki'.
I'll put my heart, my passion, my love all for You.
Studying Your word, praying, singing to You
The words out of my mouth are a confession.
    You are the complete obsession.

    I'm nobody! Who are you?

You are the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

And You made me become somebody.

    I call it grace,
when you awaken to a flush of beaming light,
in this black country of dark luck,
    empty gourds of hollow nature.

    I call it grace,
to embark on an innocent journey of survival,
and return safe, unaccosted by bandits of pastural calling.
    Slaughterings of pathetic normalcy.

    I call it grace,
to elect the right heart into everlasting power.
On the throne of an heedless tyrant, disgrace seats, like an undiscerning kite in the mighty clouds of kingship.

    I call it grace,
rice and beans and cassava may pass away, the Kilimanjaro cost of living.
I've heard of angry birds, I now daily witness hungry angry birds.

    I call it grace,
to the knowledge of Christ's death,
my mankind found a rare kind of peace.
Stretch out your humble hands now,
    I can smell it .....grace.

    What do you ask?
    What do you seek?
    What do you want?

Money? Power? Possessions? Or things greater than that? Time? Happiness? Yes, ask, seek, knock. If it is according to God's will, surely, it will be granted. Indeed, if you do so with all your heart, the God Almighty will bless you more than that, more than you could ever ask for.

What is it? Truth? Freedom? Love? The actuality of these?

You will never know what's far ahead if you won't take the first step. You will never know what's on the other side of the door if you won't knock and enter.

    : What's the first step?
    : Start.

Start and continue on asking, seeking, and knocking for God. I tell you, unless you do so with all your heart, you can have everything the world can offer, but your true happiness, heart and soul will be void. But if you come to God just as you are, when you seek God with all your heart, you may have everything, something, or nothing, but indeed in actuality, you will attain everything.

    Answer :- Hare Krsna.

Jesus Christ practiced Bhakti Yoga (Pure Devotional Service towards God) to perform miracles throught his life.

As we know there are different Yoga ladders to attain God as per Bhagavad Gita :-)

    Karm- Yoga
    Gyan- Yoga
    Dhyan- Yoga
    Bhakti- Yoga.
So, let's see the definition of Pure Devotional Service (Bhakti- Yoga) from Nectar of Devotion (NOD) :-)

    anyābhilāṣitā-śūnyaṃ jñāna-karmādy-anāvṛtam |
    ānukūlyena kṛṣṇānuśīlanaṃ bhaktir uttamā ||1.1.11||

Translation :- “The highest bhakti is defined as continuous service or emotions directed towards Kṛṣṇa, His expansion forms or others related to Him, with a pleasing attitude towards Kṛṣṇa. It should be devoid of desires other than the desire to please the Lord, and unobstructed by impersonal jñāna, the materialistic rituals of karma or other unfavorable acts.”

Now, let's see how Jesus Christ complied perfectly to this definition :-)

When God raised up his servant, Jesus, he sent him first to you people of Israel, to bless you by turning each of you back from your sinful ways. (Acts 3:26)

This clearly shows that Jesus used to consider himself as the servant (devotee) of God and not a great yogi or Gyani who heals others from their sufferings even though he did those miracles. Therefore his every act was directed towards continuous service and devotion towards Krsna (The supreme personality of Godhead ) ( as per the definition of NOD 1.1.11)

Further, Jesus never wanted his miracles to be known :-)

He commands people not to talk about His power or reveal that He is the Messiah (Matthew 9:30; 12:16; 16:20; 17:9)

And this is how he used to command his disciples :-)

"Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. (Matthew 5:11)

Now, it clearly shows that his actions and teaching were to always to avoid any personal desires and was not obstructed by desires of gaining any yogic siddhi or knowledge (had it been then he would have asked his disciples to do those practices) but to total surrender towards his and God's words. This is again cofirmed in Matthew 10.37 where he openly declare to not even love your mother and father other than him and God.

Matthew 10:37, NIV: "Anyone who loves their father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves their son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me

This commands greatly comply with the Hari- Bhakt Vilas 11.676 :-)

    “ ānukūlyasya saṅkalpaḥ pratikūlyasya varjanam
    rakṣhiṣhyatīti viśhvāso goptṛitve varaṇaṁ tathā
    ātmanikṣhepa kārpaṇye ṣhaḍvidhā śharaṇāgatiḥ ”
    - Hari Bhakti Vilas 11.676
The above verse explains the six aspects of surrender to God:

    1) To desire only in accordance with the desire of God.
    2) Reject what is not in favor of devotion.
    3) The faith that God will surely protect me.
    4) To maintain an attitude of gratitude toward God.
    5) To see everything we possess as belonging to God.
    6) To give up the pride of having surrendered.

With Matthew 10:37 you can greatly see how his instructions greatly resonate with 1st and 2nd commandement of Hari-Bhakti- Vilas (A book which teaches you pure devotional service to Krsna and you will not find any book on this planet teaching the same thing).

Matthew 6:19, NIV: "Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal."

Further, this command of Jesus clearly shows the faith he have God and he clearly instructed his disciples as per 3rd instruction of Hari- Bhakt- Vilas that God will always protect his devotees.

Matthew 6:24, NIV: "No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money."

Matthew 6:31, NIV: "So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?'"

Matthew 6:32, NLT: "These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs."

Also, he instructed similarly in accordance with 4,5 and 6th instructions of Hari- Bhakti- Vilas in this verse :-)

Matthew 18:4, NIV: "Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven."

The interesting thing with Jesus is that he never said his disciples to do meditation or anything like that, rather he openly declared this command when asked by a person reagarding what is the greatest commandment from God ?

Matthew 22:37, NIV: "Jesus replied: ''Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.'" (Greatest Commandment)

Matthew 22:38, NIV: "This is the first and greatest commandment."

Matthew 22:40, ESV: "On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.”"

Let's see how Bhagavad Gita (Krsna) clearly instructs the same thing to Arjuna (his disciple and one of his greatest devotee) :-)

    man-manā bhava mad-bhakto

    mad-yājī māṁ namaskuru

    mām evaiṣyasi satyaṁ te

pratijāne priyo ’si me (Bhagavad Gita 18.65)

Translation :- Always think of Me, become My devotee, worship Me and offer your homage unto Me. Thus you will come to Me without fail. I promise you this because you are My very dear friend.

    sarva-dharmān parityajya

    mām ekaṁ śaraṇaṁ vraja

    ahaṁ tvāṁ sarva-pāpebhyo

mokṣayiṣyāmi mā śucaḥ (Bhagavad Gita 18.66)

Translation :- Abandon all varieties of religion and just surrender unto Me. I shall deliver you from all sinful reactions. Do not fear.

Moreover the definition of greatest Yogi as per Bhagavad Gita (to show how all Yoga systems which are part of Yoga ladders only ends in Bhakti- Yoga or pure love towards God devoid of any desire to gain any yogic siddhi or things like that ) :-

    yoginām api sarveṣāṁ

    śraddhāvān bhajate yo māṁ

sa me yukta-tamo mataḥ (Bhagavad Gita 6.47)

Translation :- And of all yogīs, the one with great faith who always abides in Me, thinks of Me within himself and renders transcendental loving service to Me – he is the most intimately united with Me in yoga and is the highest of all. That is My opinion.

I hope, after reading my answer, you will easily figure out that what miracles Bhakti- Yoga (Pure Devotional Service to the Supreme Lord ie Krsna) can do through the example of Jesus Christ.

To know about Bhakti- Yoga and different Yoga ladders, you can read Bhagavad Gita As It is commented by His Divine Grace AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupad.

Chant this Mahamantra and be Happy.
