Lurking in the darkness
With an intense bloodlust
Focused on the sound of heartbeats
Resonating the fear of minds
Walked silently towards the voice
To quench the insatiable thirst
Hiding in the shadows
With fierce and glowing eyes
Pale and ice-cold skin
And a pair of fangs staring the veins
Igniting fear in the eyes, as it unveils
A bloodsucking vampire
Master of the midnight
Slave to the daylight
Draining every drop of blood
Enjoying the screams for mercy
Fighting between life and death
Which finally ends in vain
As their skin slowly turn pale
Breaths mellow out and finally halt
Leaving bitten marks on the neck
Keeps moving on to the next victim
With fangs dripping in blood and
An evil laugh that shake souls with terror
Until someone takes the eternal life
By driving a stake through the heart

BLOODLUST
Wild thirst of Blood,
That moment,strange feelings flood.
The two fiery red coals of fire,
Sinking right into me;
The outrageous Desire,
To have the bloody sea.
Gleaming white as a moon,
Are his sharp long fangs;
A thought erupted, here comes my doom.
As he ran his long beautiful fingers,
my neck flared up;
A feeling immense red and hot.
His eyes moving up to my neck,
Ready to sink in and what not;
Sigh! I, prepared for God sake
Listening to the Death God's whispers;
Front of me, his eyes bloodshot crystal.
Nearing me, I could feel his breath,
Right on my neck..
Dead cold shiver ran through my spine,
Felt , it was my time.
But,rather,he lifted my chin up,
Brushing his fingers on my lips;
All grinning and being loving,
Leaning closer, near my ears, he said,
"You are my only Desire,
Can't think about even hurting you
But then I rather turn you into my
Queen Vampire"......

The wooden stairs creaked as the injured man struggled to find his way to the top.He bled like a broken tap; his severed jugular vein & broken bones were of no help to his cause.The creak grew louder as another man followed his broken body to the middle of the staircase. "Don't do this!I didn't do anything!", said the injured man. "Oh but you did!It's not about the what, you filthy rat, it's about the fucking who & when!", replied the mysterious hunter. Seconds later, a severed head made a loud noise as it rolled down the godforsaken stairs, leaving a trail of dirty red blood in it's descent.
The mystery man proceeded to climb upstairs, reloading his automatic rifle. Upon reaching the last set of stairs leading to the terrace, he found a small armed group ready to welcome him.His reaction to the situation was subconscious & literally automatic as he opened fire from his lowly grounded position. The heavy bullets tore through every inch of their flesh. Those unlucky enough to have missed the headshots were screaming & writhing in terrible pain as the bullets took out both their eyes in quick succession. "It's him!", screamed the newly blinded man in pure terror. "It's Ronin", he said, struggling to even whisper because of the intense pain. A gunshot silenced his voice. This time, the headshot did not miss it's target.The vigilante called Ronin finally unmasked himself and got down on his knees to wipe the blood stains from his balaclava using the dead man's shirt.
Ronin could feel the dip in temperature & smell the wet mud as the sharp rain slashed through the city, like a freshly forged sword. The digital adboards displayed his blurred & masked photos throughout every part of the city, offering a large amount in currency for any information on the vigilante known as 'Ronin'. "Why does he call himself Ronin?", echoed a famous reporter on the huge screen. "Who is this person & what drives him or her to such gore?", she continued. He had answers to all of her questions but for now, he was willing to answer none. The sirens put him on his feet again as he jumped off from the roof to make his escape.

No reply. Instead, a bloodlust filled glare through thick hair.
She dare not move muscle, sword clutched in her arm, ready to strike at any moment.
"Are you insane? Sheath your sword and we can stop all this nonsense."
Still no response.
"Fine, have it your way. We'll just have to see who walks away from battle this time."
The warrior unsheathes her sword, stance identical to other, an utter silence fills the void.

After a clash of swords, of hearts and souls, the enemy lay shriveled on the ground.
"You can never get rid of me, I'll always come back to haunt you. I am a part of you forever and you know it." Said the enemy, staring at the sky with a bloody smirk.
Without a glance back, the champion leaves the battlefield.
By the angel, she's done it.
Defeated the biggest enemy of all, herself, her hatred beast of beatings and regrets.
All those scars from the past turns out to be worth it as the champion strides towards the light with satisfaction

"So, it wasn't really a dream after all" She says, waking up with a beaming smile.
