Youthful thoughts
When I was younger,
I thought putting the mirror upside down meant the images it reflected would be affected.
When I was younger, I thought swallowing that melon seed meant I would become a tree.
When I was younger, I thought babies came from heaven wrapped around in clouds, I craved my very own baby sibling for such a sight
Now that I'm older, too much knowledge has robbed me of the little thrills of life my youth catered to.
