    She Was Once A Slave

    Unpurchased, worthless
    Locked in her own prison
    Death alone was her escape
    Her body was unblemished
But the overwhelming shame is in her eyes
    Her heart is bruised
    She was fed and filled
    Appetite on things without cost
    And her spirit is lost
    Her soul is tired

    Fears are chasing her
They kept her awake at night
    Sending her uninvited nightmares
    She was ungenerous of trust
But she tried it hard to love
And she fails, again and again
    Her mind was restless
    She shines when she smiles
But the life that she had
Was a life that was dying

    She had no peace
Joy was far from her reach
    She had it all
    But she was completely empty
    Darkness was her home
    Tears were her blanket
    Her pillows became the chest
And the bed, her needed shoulders
    No one knows
    Loneliness is her only friend

Little did she knew that one Man
    Held her within her prison
And kept waiting at her door
He wept when her body was shamed
And His heart was deeply broken
    While she is running
He seeks her and pursued her
He gave up His crown for her
Carried the cross on His shoulder
    And prepared His chest
A perfect place for her to rest

He keeps on loving her still
And carried her when she falls
    He cries when she smiles
    Because He knows
That in the dark, she doesn’t shine
So He died to give her life
And live again that she may also live
He never threw stones at her
    And when everyone was gone
He forgave her and never condemned her

He loves her by His love
And never treats her by her sins
He let the Spirit moved her to repentance
She fell on her knees and lifted her eyes
    He reveals Himself to her
And at last, she sees Him now
With His eyes filled with grace
He wiped her tears and bore her pains
And enfolded her in His strong arms
And He became her Friend, forever

He rescued her from all her fears
And filled her with perfect peace
    He satisfied her
With the full measure of His joy
    And gave her eternal life
    When no one wanted her
    He purchased her
    When she had no value
He crowned her and made her worthy

    When she was rejected
    He accepted her
When all her life she longs
    For an intimate relationship
    He adopted her
    And became her Father
Loved her more than any man could

When she had forgotten who she was
    He called her mine
He found her when she was lost
    When she does not belong
    He took her home

    She Was Once A Slave

    Answer :- Hare Krsna.

The fundamental unity of Islam and Hindusim is their beliefs in God and the act of surrender which is urgently required in the two religions of the world.

Let's see the reasoning behind my statements using Quran and Bhagavad Gita and how both mainstream books are very much inter- related :-)

    Quran 4.134 states that -

Whoever desires, by his deeds, the reward of this world, then God has the reward of this world and of the Hereafter, for the one who wants it, and no one else has it, so why do any of you demand the lower [reward]? Why do you not seek the higher one, by devoting yourself sincerely to Him, since what [reward] he seeks can only be found with Him; God is ever Hearer, Seer.

Let's see what Bhagavad Gita says :-)

Abandon all varieties of religion and just surrender unto Me. I shall deliver you from all sinful reactions. Do not fear. (Bhagavad Gita 18.66)

Therefore, both religions are very clear with their ultimate objective which is to surrender to God as soon as possible and the major texts of both the religions support this fact.

    Now, let's see further :-)

    Quran 5.60 says :-)

Say: "Shall I tell you of a case the worst of all for recompense with God? Those whom God has cursed (excluded from His mercy), and whom He has utterly condemned, and some of whom He turned into apes, and swine, and servants of false powers (who institute patterns of rule in defiance of God) – they are worse situated and further astray from the right, even way."

Bhagavad Gita also says the same thing :-?

They say that this world is unreal, with no foundation, no God in control. They say it is produced of sex desire and has no cause other than lust. (Bhagavad Gita 16.8)

Bhagavad Gita and Quran both condemn Atheist person for their theories which are pretty impractical also. Quran say those people are like ape and Gita says that those people think that world is produced only because of sex desire. So, both support the statement that being atheist is like being an animal.

Quran and Bhagavad Gita further supports four regulative principles as

No Intoxications and No Gambling :-)

Satan seeketh only to cast among you enmity and hatred by means of strong drink and games of chance, and to turn you from remembrance of Allah and from (His) worship. Will ye then have done? (Quran 5.91)

Those who are demoniac do not know what is to be done and what is not to be done. Neither cleanliness nor proper behavior nor truth is found in them. (Bhagavad Gita 16.7)

Bhagavad Gita have clearly said that demonical people don't what what needs to be done and what not, so they continue to do activities like intoxications, gambling, and neither cleanliness and nor proper behaviour and nor truth is found in them, which is further confirmed by Quran.

    No Illicit Sex :-)

And come not near unto adultery) secretly or openly. (Lo! it is an abomination) a transgression and sin (and an evil way) to choose. (Quran 17.32)

Of weapons I am the thunderbolt; among cows I am the surabhi. Of causes for procreation I am Kandarpa, the god of love, and of serpents I am Vāsuki. (Bhagavad Gita 10.28)

While Bhagavad Gita have instructed to do sex only for sake of procreation in the Aasram of Marriage, Quran have also instructed that adultery is a sin. Both are very clear in restricting the sin which arises out of having relationship outside marriage which pollute both their conciousness and conciousness of society.

    No meat eating :-)

“There is not an animal on earth, nor a bird that flies on its wings – but they are communities like you.” (Qur’an, 6:38)

In the Muwatta, it is mentioned that Umar Ibn Al- Khattab said about meat :

Beware of meat because it is addictive as khamr (wine)

So traditionally Muslims were semi-vegetarians. The Prophet was, I mean, technically, the Prophet (SAWS) was in that category. He was not a meat-eater. Most of his meals did not have meat in them. (Hamza Yusuf)

And in Bhagavad Gita, Krsna clearly said what food he only accepts as offerings :-)

If one offers Me with love and devotion a leaf, a flower, a fruit or water, I will accept it. (Bhagavad Gita 9.26)

Foods dear to those in the mode of goodness increase the duration of life, purify one’s existence and give strength, health, happiness and satisfaction. Such foods are juicy, fatty, wholesome, and pleasing to the heart. (Bhagavad Gita 17.8)

Thus, both Bhagavad Gita and Quran are of opinion that humans most preferably should eat only foods offered to Lord which are vegetarian in nature. And that food is called food in the mode of goodness and not like in passion or ignorance.

These 4 principles are based on 4 pillars of dharma - austerity, cleanliness, truthfulness and compassion. This is a must-follow for a sincere spiritual seeker. And thus, it is advisable to not to engaged in intoxications, gambling, illict sex and meat eating.

Further, both Quran and Bhagavad Go are of opinion that we humans are not the body but soul.

O humanity! Be mindful of your Lord Who created you from a single soul, and from it He created its mate, and through both He spread countless men and women. And be mindful of Allah—in Whose Name you appeal to one another—and ˹honour˺ family ties. Surely Allah is ever Watchful over you. (Quran 4.1)

As the embodied soul continuously passes, in this body, from boyhood to youth to old age, the soul similarly passes into another body at death. A sober person is not bewildered by such a change. (Bhagavad Gita 2.13)

Having said the real identities of human beings both Quran And Bhagavad Gita lays out instructions which should be used to worship God :-)

Allah has the Most Beautiful Names. So call upon Him by them, and keep away from those who abuse His Names. They will be punished for what they used to do. (Quran 7.180)

Of the great sages I am Bhrgu; of vibrations I am the transcendental om. Of sacrifices I am the chanting of the holy names [japa], and of immovable things I am the Himalayas. (Bhagvad Gita 10.25)

Always think of Me, become My devotee, worship Me and offer your homage unto Me. Thus you will come to Me without fail. I promise you this because you are My very dear friend. (Bhagavad Gita 18.65)

Thus, both Quran and Bhagavad Gita are of opinion that Chanting of Holy Names is a sureshot way to achieve God and get his pure love.

Having said all of this, you will come to know that every religion in world only teaches love of God and they all advise you to surrender to God as soon as possible by following all the commandments which I have tried to list above using the holy scriptures.

I hope you would like it.

    Thanks for the patient reading.

Chant Lord's Holy Names and be Happy

    Tears of Heaven

"When she held her son's body with her hands, even the heavens cried"

Answer :- One can either be enlightened or entangled in material existence, suffering birth, death, old age, and disease lifetime after lifetime after life time. Such an entangled person is called a “conditioned soul.” When one truly becomes enlightened he returns to the spiritual world never to suffer again in the cycle of birth, death, old age, and disease. Those who are pseudo enlightened remain entangled in material existence. Only who are genuinely enlightened are liberated. If you seek genuine enlightenment check out the free e-course at: Ultimate Self Realization.

    Q. In spirituality there is a term 'Enlightened', does the opposite of this term also exist ? And, is it possible for a person who once was enlightened to get back to his normal state without knowing, known to be 'Enlightened' ?

    What is Truth?

Thank You for being in control of life.
The stage every one is in is ordained by you, and you are wise and good, so I will trust in your goodness.

You have made them capable for where they are, as you have made me capable for where I am.
Elijah, David, John the Baptist, Ruth, their lifetimes were timed by you. You create and you equip. Thank you for your blessings toward me.

Truth is you. You are Truth. Therefore everybody's life and status is in You. The actuality of anything is in you. There is no actuality apart from you. I am right where you have made me to be. I rejoice! Truth is beautiful! Truth, is peace.

The leaders, the preachers, the followers, the students, the rich, the poor, they are all in you. And you are raising me now, to help those still lowered. You don't want to raise me without those you have equipped, and you don't want to raise those still lowered, without me who you are equipping.

Thank you for those you have equipped, that are shining, for our benefit and your glory. Let sin, pride, jealousy have no root, let it be crushed and have no foothold or prevent us from enjoying your goodness, and truth. We are all in your family, and you are raising me and my brothers and sisters.

This month being womenhistorymonth , I felt this would be the right time to talk about the brave and inspiring women of the Bible. So starting today, we'll be posting about a few super cool - and forgotten heroic souls of the Bible - both from the Old Testament and the New Testament as well.

    March 03 - Queen Esther

The book of Esther is a dramatic account which can give us insight into God’s special and purposeful plan for our lives. The story gives us six powerful lessons about courage, divine timing and God’s supreme love.

#BetYouDidn'tKnow : God is not mentioned in the Book of Esther even once!

#1: God has a plan for our lives

God loved the Jewish people. He didn’t create Esther’s beauty and finesse for her and her alone. Esther was placed in a royal position to assist in the delivery of God’s divine plan.

#2: We are given divine moments to alter circumstances

As God's children, there are no such things as accidents or coincidences. God’s timing is providential. Esther’s divine moment of providence came by accepting her responsibility to go to the king. However, Mordecai was clear when he said to Esther that she could be the one who saved the people, or not. God will use you only if you’re ready—or he will find someone else.

#3: We must stand with courage

“I will go to the king, even though it is against the law. And if I perish, I perish” (Esther 4:16 NIV). Esther was willing to die to save her people. Sometimes we must stand in courage, even when it is not popular to do so, and risk it all.

#4: Fasting and prayer brings clarity and hope for deliverance

God is not mentioned in the Book of Esther even once. But Esther was clear that in this particular situation, a heavenly response was needed for an earthly situation. Esther needed direction. When we need God’s grace, fasting and prayer opens the portals for spiritual growth, removes distractions and places us on a path to humility.

    #5: God demands obedience
Esther’s obedience saved God’s people from genocide. The reality is that Esther didn’t know what would happen when she approached the king. She acted in obedience and by doing so she saved a nation and received the best. We don’t get a pass on this one.

#6: God uses everything and everybody for His divine purpose
No part of our lives is untouched. God is in control of every aspect, whether we want Him to be or not, and there is nothing that is not subject to Him (Hebrews 2:8 NIV). And, the best thing we can do for our lives is to search for and surrender to His will

    Each time I kneel and utter;
    Sweet words of adoration
    -Into the evening breeze.
A tete √Ę tete with my maker,
    My worries seem to cease.

    Each time I kneel and utter;
    -Words of fire and vengeance,
    Time seems to freeze
    My spirit ignites.
The presence of the maker sets me alight.

At this midnight hour, darkness cowers.
From a fragment of His power.
    There is a surge.
    My spirit delights.
    -Mine, His will purge ;
    Of sweet nothings.

Each time I kneel and utter.
-Sweet words of milk and honey
He lifts; my grief and worries.
    My soul plummets
    Into nirvana.
    Where I bask
    -In His ethereal manna .

Each time I kneel and utter.
    - Words of life;
    Life and power
    I am no longer afraid.
    Of the arrows by night
    Or the evil of day.

    Where I kneel and utter.
    That's where.
-I want to forever stay. ‚̧
