Sooo this is an update on my workout challenge You can just scroll by if you don't give a shit I've done today's workout I feel like both my shoulders are gonna fall off any minute now But like wadeverrr I've just added 20 lunges 10 each (right and left) Along with the other workouts i.e 50 squats 45 wall push-ups 5 plank 50 Stepper ANNDDD I could hold a plank for #30# damn seconds (previously it was 25sec)
