Under dark sky
Staring at the moon
I did not dare to close my eyes
Heaviness defeated resistance
I gave in and eyelids fell
In a second i went to skies
Monsters came to me & whispered
"Be our friend else we would cut your head"
Just a second passed
I saw ghost footprints all over the sky
I wanted to scream but my mouth was shut
A moment later , in surprise
I fell from the sky into the deep ocean
Where i could no longer breathe
As hours went by
I was on a surgical bed
And two doctors tried to cut my head
In a while, i was tied to the ground
Flesh lying dispersed, bones scattered
I wanted to scream but my mouth was shut
Later i fell in wonder
When i took a look around
Stormy wind blew, trees arched down to ground
Few moments later rain fell incessantly
Floods came and buildings submerged
People died as water soaked their lungs
By dawn i saw sun shining bright, i screamed
Untill my eyes flew back open
This awful dream haunts me ever still.

Every 40 seconds, another human life is taken by suicide (WHO).
Why do many teenagers commit suicide?
Well there are many factors that compel teenagers to end their lives but one of the major factors is "DEPRESSION".
What causes "DEPRESSION"?
Depression is not always being sad. Depression is when you see people around you getting much love and affection from parents than you.
Teenagers have immature minds and delicate hearts. They are bothered by simple things. If they live in a toxic family while having happy friends around, they become victims of depression and end their life up.
Due socialization , how do children become addicts of Depression?
Toxic parents make their children victims of depression by insulting their intelligence, choices, dress, likes, opinions and what not. They disturb their mental health by hurting their feelings, talking rudely to them, abusing them etc. Some parents favour one child (Golden Child) over others and thereby set them in conflict with each other and expect them to be in good relations with each other!
Some parents underestimate their children's choices and decisions by saying "We lived the life you're currently living, we know well what is good and what is bad for you". At the same time parents can not always be right and productive for their children. In this sheer stupidity they force their children to take decisions that may be potentially damaging to them. As often parents want their children either to be doctors of engineers while they can not cope with the stress, anxiety, mental pressure and often experience an addiction , Depression.
Some parents are mixed, they can be affectionate, horrible, abusive, loving, rude at different times and repeat the cycle which disturbs the mental balance of their children and they drown in an unending ocean of depression. Some parents believe in myths and if their children make any mistake they beat them brutally rather than making them understand in subtle and peaceful way. Like if you give a glass of water to someone with left hand, they will beat you for it's not good to give water to someone with left hand. Some parents plan everything by themselves and never seek approval from their children. Children's opinions hardly matter to them, they do whatever they want to do. By this they make their children feel down and they lack motivation in everything, they develop hate against their parents and curse their own fate and ask God why He sent them to this house and experience an addiction, Depression. All parents often start comparing their children with their friends. They forget that even the fingers of the same hand aren't same anymore. Every person is different , and everyone has different talents. They force their children to be like their friends. This tends them to be victims of Depression.
Teenagers don't know what's right and what's wrong for them. They don't have any idea of what happiness actually means.
For them happiness is like getting more likes on an Instagram or Facebook post. They don't even know the purpose of living their lives. They are as delicate as branches of a tree. In this tender age they need to be guided and motivated in subtle manner.
